According to JLL last report, in Q3 2014, the office stock in Budapest increased to 3.22 million sqm after the handover of two new office buildings. Futureal delivered the 11,125 sqm north wing of Vision Towers in the Váci Corridor and the 2,700 sqm Ilka Corner was completed in District 14 at the junction of Egressy and Ilka Streets.
According to JLL prognosis, the annual gross take-up will be around 450,000 sqm in 2014. The volume of annual completions will reach approximately 68,000 sqm, more than twice the level in 2013.
