According to Cushman & Wakefield report the positive situation in the Hungarian office market over QI 2014 continued into Q3 and, as business confidence continues to grow, both the occupational and investment markets reacted positively to this resulting in healthy activity.
Over Q3, tenants committed to nearly 100,000 sqm of office space.This figure, albeit below the record breaking Q2 2014 levels, is in line with Q3 2013, as well as the 3-year quarterly average, which further supports a stablishing market.
