Hungary is attracting a growing number of Indian companies, which have invested more than €2bn in the country over the past five years, according to the Finance Ministry. Two-way trade increased by 17 percent in 2017 and by 11 percent in 2018, according to Finance Minister Mihaly Varga, adding that Hungary is supporting development for closer ties between India and Europe.
