Industrial production in Hungary fell 30.7 percent y-o-y in May, according to the Central Statistical Office (KSH). However, the volume was 15.6 percent higher than the previous month. Industrial exports decreased by 32 percent y-o-y in May, while domestic sales dropped by 19.7 percent, according to the KSH data. Manufacturing output decreased by 32 percent, while mining and quarrying output was down 18.5 percent. Energy output fell by 6.2 percent.
