An affiliate of Hyatt Hotels has entered into a management agreement with Városház Utca Projekt Ingatlanforgalmazó to open a Hyatt Regency hotel in Budapest. The investment will be located in the Postapalota landmark building, the former post office on Petőfi Sándor street. The 231-room hotel will feature a 389 sqm ballroom and more than 619 sqm of business event space. The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2020. The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
