Hydrobudowa Polska failed to reach an agreement with its creditors and filed for bankruptcy this week. Hydrobudowa’s liabilities reportedly topped PLN 75m. The company had stepped up efforts over the summer to pay off its debt, but creditors grew increasingly impatient. “Hydrobudowa lost its liquidity as a result of the termination of the loan agreements and the seizure of bank accounts..and prolonged negotiations with the mother company PGB,” the company said in a statement.
