The Hydrobudowa Poland company officially goes bankrupt, Polish media have reported, as it has requested this month to a District Court in Poznań to begin the proceedings. The spokesman for the Court says the request is the third Hydrobudowa has reportedly applied for, with the first two being rejected. “The proceeding is underway, motion,” said Joanna Ciesielska-Borowiec, a representative of the court, revealing that the creditor is the Polish company Budownictwo Drogowe Krug. Hydrobudowa was handling the National Stadium construction and recently won a serious conflict with the state on the payment for the works lately.
