Aalen-based i-Live group is planning to build a micro-apartment complex called Junges Wohnen Offenbach on Jean-Weipert-Strasse in Offenbach’s port area. The scheme will offer 206 apartments with 6,323 sqm of rental area plus 618 sqm of commercial space. The prices of individual apartments will range from €100,000 to €200,000. Construction work is set to start in spring 2015. i-Live has developed eight student housing complexes around Germany and is planning new projects in Berlin, Cologne, and Frankfurt.
