I.P. Pavlova 5 in Prague 2 was sold to a private client represented by Knight Frank. Neither the price of the deal nor the name of the buyer were disclosed. The transaction is the investorās first acquisition in Prague. The 7,000 sqm property is considered to be a historic landmark on the Prague office market. Nicknamed the āOberbank Building,ā the property sits at the corner of one of the Pragueās busiest transport interchanges between JeÄnĆ” street and the Prague magistrala at the I.P. Pavlova metro station.
