Slovak asset manager IAD Investments has acquired the Dunaharaszti industrial park near Budapest. The acquisition was made on behalf of its Prvý realitný fond, a mutual fund investing throughout Central Europe. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The property offers 27,000 sqm in a combination of city logistics and big-box warehouses. This is the fund’s first acquisition on the Hungarian real estate market.
