Medmar Trading SRL is planning to renovate an office building in Iasi, located near the city’s Military Court, into a housing block. The company, represented by the business man Razvan Tepoi, is in the process of securing permission for the renovation from the municipality. Medmar Trading intends to change the existing office spaces into apartments and install commercial units on the ground floor.
