ibis Bucharest Politehnica hotel, the first ibis hotel in Romania, has just been delivered.
The hotel has 158 rooms, a bar, 4 conference rooms having 150 people capacity, and it is situated at the Bucharest Politehnica University campus entrance.
The hotel has been built by Ionuţ Cosmin Fleancu and Dan George Dobre who own Novum Business Invest company. The developer’s portfolio includes several residential projects in Bucharest such as Splaiul Unirii, Timpuri Noi, Prelungirea Ghencea, Politehnica, Lacul Morii, 13 Septembrie, Cotroceni. Novum Business Invest has delivered last year another hotel at the seaside, in Olimp, Novum by the Sea.
