The digital agency IBM iX Croatia announced the opening of a new office in Osijek, which will be the company’s third office in the Republic of Croatia, after the ones located in Zagreb and Varazdin.
According to the company’s CEO, Mario Horvat, the office will open by the end of this year and the number of employees will reach 100 to 120, which is a growth that the company can handle. In Croatia, IBM iX currently has 202 employees.
Osijek Mayor Ivan Radic pointed out that more than Kuna 1 billion is being invested in the city, 609 plots have been sold in Osijek’s IT park, and a public procurement is underway for the construction of a central IT park building, mostly co-financed by European Union funds.
