IBM took 18,000 sqm office space in the first building of The Bridge, which Forte Partners is developing in Bucharest’s Orhideea area. The project’s 36,000 sqm of office space will be shared between BCR and IBM, while the ground floor is leased to Boutique Food Hall, owned by entrepreneur Radu Stoica. The restaurant will occupy 1,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled for completion in September.
