IBM signed a lease on 10,000 sqm in the third phase of The Bridge office project, under development by Forte Partners in Bucharest’s Orhideea neighborhood. IBM already took 18,000 sqm in the project’s first phase. The third building is scheduled for completion in 2020. IBM is the first tenant. Dedeman purchased The Bridge from Forte last year in a deal worth more than €150m.
