IBM will move to new premises in Bratislava in November. The company will relocate part of its staff from its Polus international shared service center to the Westend Gate office building. IBM signed a contract to lease 17,000 sqm of office space at the building and will start moving its staff in November. J&T Real Estate started building Westend Gate in February 2013. The nine-story complex will offer relaxation zones, bicycle services, a restaurant, café and kindergarten. The 35,000 sqm complex is expected to secure a BREEAM certificate.
