Iconic Investors pays $2m for Groover Stewart building in Jacksonville

Chicago-based Iconic Investors LLC has acquired a 106-year old historic building in downtown Jacksonville for $2.05 million. The 53,000 square-foot Groover Stewart Building is located at 25 Market St., and traded for just under $39 per square foot. The building originally housed the Groover Stewart Drug Company and later became the Office of the Public Defender. Bobby Knight with Coastal Commercial Real Estate and Fitch King with Morgar Realty brokered the deal.
