The Montemadrid Foundation, a private non-profit organization, is selling its 25,000 sqm headquarters in Madrid’s Preciados and Puerta del Sol area. The property is set to be turned into a high-end hotel and commercial building. The property offers underground parking and 3,000 sqm of terraces with views of the historic center. The sale does not include a commercial unit in the building which is operated by the credit provider Monte de Piedad.
