ID Logistics, an international group specializing in contract logistics services in distribution, industry, retail logistics and e-commerce, has leased 23,000 sqm of class A industrial space in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, central Poland. The property was developed by Goodman and serves as a consolidation warehouse for PepsiCo’s logistics operations. JLL represented ID Logistics during the lease negotiations.
