ID Logistics has extended its lease on 47,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at P3 Mszczonów in southwestern Warsaw. Other tenants include Fiege and Jeronimo Martins Polska. “Both the perfect location of the P3 Mszczonów park and the space meeting our requirements have led us to decide to continue our collaboration with P3. The P3 Mszczonów park is located in a strategic location for us – close to Warsaw and with easy access to Poland’s regional cities. A strong advantage of this location is the S8 expressway, connecting Wrocław with Białystok, facilitating the efficient distribution of products across the country,” said Yann Belgy, managing director of ID Logistics.
