ID Logistics, one of the European leaders in contract logistics, summarizes revenues for the second quarter and the first half of this year.

A GOOD BEGINNING OF THE YEAR WITH A DYNAMIC GROWTH IN THE 2ND QUARTER
ID Logistics, after a good start to 2022, recorded a dynamic increase in sales in Q2, by 40.3% (15.5% like-for-like) to EUR 641.6 million.
In France, the Group’s home market, sales increased by 11.6% to EUR 218.7 million. Excluding the consolidation of Colisweb, acquired in January 2022, Q2 sales increased by 4.5% compared to the same period last year, which was already 14.8% higher.
The Group maintained dynamic growth of revenues in international markets, by 61.7% to EUR 422.9 million. This result includes revenues from GVT, acquired in the Benelux countries at the end of 2021, and Kane Logistics, acquired on March 31, 2022 in the USA. Adjusted for this effect and quarterly exchange rates, growth was 23.6% like-for-like.
ID Logistics ended the first half of the year with revenues of EUR 1.18 billion and an increase of 32.2% (15.3% like-for-like). In the second quarter, the Group launched 4 new warehouses and 8 from the beginning of the year, as planned.
ACQUISITIONS – INTEGRATION
ID Logistics has recently acquired 3 companies: GVT in the Benelux countries (December 2021), Colisweb in France (January 2022) and Kane Logistics in the United States (March 2022). The process of their integration within the Group has already been completed.
The acquired company Kane Logistics, whose name was changed to ID Logistics USA, is currently recording a dynamic development of operations (growth in Q2 by 20% compared to Q2 2021). Since joining the Group, he has also achieved further successes:
– Total Wine & More, the largest distributor of fine wines and spirits in the United States, entrusted ID Logistics with the management of a warehouse with an area of 28 thousand. sqm in Northern California.
– Nutrabolt, one of the fastest growing producers of energy drinks in the United States, has handed over to ID Logistics the management of a new 21,000-square-meter logistics center. sq m, located right next to the factory in New York state.
NEW COUNTRY IN THE NETWORK AND NEXT CONTRACTS
In the second quarter, ID Logistics received numerous invitations to participate in tenders. For example, in addition to the above-mentioned projects in the USA, the Group won or started the implementation of new contracts:
– ID Logistics has expanded the reach of its logistics network to 18 countries and started operations in Italy. Thus, the Group supported one of its key clients, the international e-commerce leader, with whom it already cooperates in 6 countries. A new warehouse with an area of 63 thousand. sqm, meeting high environmental standards and LEED Platinum certified, was launched in record time near Milan. Responsible for the delivery of goods to over 80 cities in northern Italy.
– In the Netherlands, as part of the first joint contract after the acquisition of GVT, the Group began cooperation with the Royal Canin Group, covering logistics services (10,000 sq m) and distribution in the Benelux countries.
– In Poland, the Group will launch a new e-commerce warehouse with an area of 25,000 sq m for one of the main players in the interior design industry. sqm., in the vicinity of Warsaw.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVES
After a good start to the year, ID Logistics intends to maintain the dynamic pace of development, focusing on increasing the efficiency of new projects and launching new projects planned for this year. The Group closely monitors the macroeconomic developments and pays attention to the need to support customers. After the integration in recent acquisitions is complete, ID Logistics will focus on the growth opportunities resulting from the new synergies.
