Panattoni started construction on a new production facility for Ideal Automotive at Panattoni Park Stříbro near the D5 motorway in west Bohemia. The warehouse will offer 16,000 sqm of built-to-suit space for the German company, which produces textiles for car interiors. Ideal Automotive has already been operating in the park for the past few years and decided to expand its facilities. The new addition is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2014.
The warehouse is one of the two new facilities currently under construction in the zone. The park can fit 11 buildings totaling 300,000 sqm of space. Milan Kratina, managing partner at Accolade Group, a partner group with Panattoni, says further expansion is being considered. “Panattoni Park Stříbro is located at an ideal place, just at 107 road near the D5 motorway. Investors can find experienced and reliable workforce in the close vicinity of the site, and the development of the zone is supported by local municipalities,” he says.
