Ideal Automotive is moving into a new BTS warehouse at Panattoni Park Stříbro. The German auto parts supplier has been a tenant at the park for a few years already, but recently decided to expand production and hire 400 new employees. Panattoni developed the facility in cooperation with its Czech investor Accolade.
Milan Kratina, chairman of the board at Accolade, says that there has been increased investor interest in the zone. “Locations with good access and proximity to the German border attract the strongest demand,” he says. Panattoni Park Stříbro is located along the D5 motorway that connects Bavaria and Prague. Other tenants at the park include Steelcase, Assa Abloy, Leoni, Geam and Lear.
