The developer Ideal Idea started construction on a new warehouse project in Warsaw’s Włochy district. Called Ideal Idea III, the project is going up on a 4 ha site that is near the developer’s two other warehouse projects. Ventia already signed a lease on 1,600 sqm of warehouse space.
The first phase of Ideal Idea III will add 11,000 sqm to the market, 3,000 sqm of which will be offices. The first phase of the project is set to deliver in the second quarter of 2013. Ideal Idea develops Small Business Units (SBU) projects.
