Igepa has leased 1,300 sqm at Fabryczna Office Park in Krak贸w. The distributor of paper and printing substrates was represented by Cresa during the lease process. Fabryczna Office Park is located in the city鈥檚 Grzeg贸rzki district near Aleja Pokoju. The investment is part of the larger office and residential project Fabryczna City developed by the INTER-BUD Group. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the commercialization of the building.
