After the public procurement procedures, the IGH Institute received three new contracts with Hrvatske ceste for the services of construction supervision and reconstruction of three traffic routes with a total value of around HRK 12.3m. It’s expected that construction of the 6 km expressway will improve traffic safety while raising capacity, which is needed during the busy summer months.
The second contract is for the construction of a 3,200 meter bypass of Beli Manastir, which will divert transit traffic around the city and away from its center. Work is due for completion within 22 months of commissioning.
The third contract includes supervision of reconstruction work on the paving of a 17 km road between Normanci and the Municipality of Petrijevci. That job is expected to be completed within two years.
