Intercontinental Hotels Group (IGH) is set to open new hotels under its Holiday Inn Express brand in Göttingen and Düsseldorf. Bauwo will develop a 144-room hotel in Göttingen on Groner Landstrasse, with completion scheduled for Q2 2019. Success-Gruppe will operate the hotel. Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf Airport, meanwhile, will feature 324 rooms. Completion is scheduled for 2020.
