Construction work on the second phase of Poleczki Business Park was completed this month in Warsaw, after UBM and CA Immo launched the project 18 month ago. This stage is made up of two building with the total area of 21,000 sqm. The list of tenants for this phase of the complex includes Tetra Pak, Astellas Pharma and PKE Polska. Talks on lease agreements are now underway, the developers say, with the latest one signed with ILF Consulting Engineers. The company agreed to take 4,200 sqm of office in the complex, and it plans to open its office this August. The first phase of Poleczki Business Park was delivered in March 2010, providing 45,000 sqm.
