Ikea signed a long-term lease at Tulipán Park Biatorbágy, owned by Logicor. The Swedish furniture giant set up an external pick-up facility at the site in November. Located just outside of Budapest, Tulipán Park Biatorbágy covers 29,500 sqm. Ikea took 5,200 sqm of warehouse space and 650 sqm of offices. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal on behalf of Logicor.
