IKM starts construction in Piešťany

4 March 2016

Work should get underway on a mixed use project called Mercury at the central square in Piešťany, Slovakia. The developer IKM reality plans to build an apartment building with 13 flats, including commercial space on the ground floor at Námestie SNP at the corner of Kukučínova and Kollárova streets. IKM originally planned to start construction two years ago, but had to apply for a new construction permit. The developer redesigned the interior of the building during this time, and increased flat prices to €2,000/sqm (including VAT). Commercial space is on offer at €600/sqm. IKM hopes to complete the project in 12 months.
