ILF Consulting Engineers Polska has renewed its lease on 4,200 sqm of office at Poleczki Business Park in Warsaw. The tenant was represented by JLL. Developed by UMB, the business park features 80,000 sq of office in six buildings. The property also includes a restaurant, cafeteria, kindergarten as well as a post office.
“The office market in Warsaw is rapidly developing and numerous new office projects are delivered each year. It is worth mentioning that existing schemes in established and popular locations still engender trust from tenants who appreciate the flexibility of developers and attractive rents,” says Izabela Metrycka, a tenant representation consultant at JLL.
