Avestus Real Estate is close to completing its Imagine office project in Łódź. Located at Piłsudskiego and Śmigłego-Rydza streets, the scheme will feature three buildings. Two of them will offer a total of 17,200 sqm of commercial space: 14,800 sqm of office space and 2,400 sqm of retail and service area. The third one will house a parking garage with 356 parking spaces and 49 double bicycle racks. Tenants include New Work Offices, Bluerank and Kids&Co and Asseco. The Imagine office complex was designed by DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne. Colliers International is responsible for commercializing the project. The general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A.Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of this year.
