IMC has suspended all production and export activities in connection with the war in Ukraine, the company said.
The production plants and land cultivated by IMC SA enterprises are located in the Chernihiv, Sumy and Poltava districts of Ukraine, where active hostilities are currently underway. Currently, all production and export activities are suspended. Saving the lives of our employees is the main priority for the company, the company announced.
Due to the ongoing war, we anticipate a delay in the publication of the annual report of IMC and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2021 for an indefinite period, stated the company.
IMC is an integrated agricultural group operating in Ukraine. Its main areas of activity are: production of agricultural crops (corn, wheat, sunflower, soybean, potatoes), storage of agricultural crops and milk production. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2011.
