IMC is planning to refurbish production halls between the Pri mýte and Lofty Kominárska residential projects in Bratislava’s Nové mesto district into a mixed-use building, offering office and retail space, and a garage. Two warehouses currently serve as a car dealership and space for industrial storage. IMC is developing both the commercial and the residential components. Construction of Pri mýte, which will offer 335 flats, is scheduled to start in 2016. Lofty Kominárska, meanwhile, will include 70 units, 22 of which will be lofts with construction is set to start this year.
