IMC Property Management acquired Galloway Professional Plaza in Miami-Dade County’s Kendall area for $13.08 million. The 45,000-square-foot building, located at 7190 S.W. 87th Avenue, was built in 2009. The four-story class A building was 95 percent leased at the time of closing, with a tenant list that includes Cafe Catula and Imagos Surgery. Florida Community Bank financed the acquisition with a $9.3 million mortgage loan.
