Immochan is continuing Coresi, its urban regeneration project in Brasov with a new residential component. This new phase could house as many as 3,000 flats in the future on 46 ha of land. The residential complex Avantgarden Coresi will be developed in partnership with Avantgarden Immo Invest, a real estate developer with experience and a strong reputation in Brasov.
Avantgarden Coresi design will be developed to BREEAM standards of sustainable development. In the first phase, construction should start by April 2016 on 150 apartments. Tatian Diaconu, CEO of Immochan Romania, said that the rate of construction should double or even triple in the coming years, depending on the absorption capacity of the market.”
