Immofinanz extended existing contracts on more than 19,000 sqm and signed 2,400 sqm of new leases.
Camina Media Group (Radio Zu and Radio Romantic) took space at Victoria Park, while Siveco Romania extended its lease on 5,000 sqm by another seven years. KPMG also expanded its space at the project by 670 sqm to about 6,400 sqm and signed on for another five years.
B.Braun leased 450 sqm at S-Park in Bucharest, while Best Chef signed a five-year lease on approximately 990 sqm. Grundfos Pompe Romania has extended its 630 sqm lease at S-Park by five years, while SkyConsult Ro also extended its lease on 530 sqm by another three years.
The Austrian developer also attracted new tenants at Baneasa Airport Tower, where ProCredit Bank signed a five-year lease on about 330 sqm, while Hafele Romania took 300 sqm.
Real Velarde signed on for approximately 300 sqm at Iride Business Park. Terapia Ranbaxy extended its 2,000 sqm lease at Iride, while Ropharma also extended its agreement at the same office complex. Telekom Romania extended its lease on 1,200 sqm at Iride Business Park for 10 years, and Regina Maria extended for another five years and expanded its space to about 275 sqm. The company Alcon also extended its lease at the project.
Bucharest Corporate Center has extended its partnership with Wolf Theiss, another long-term tenant of Immofinanz that has extended for another five years the lease for the 1,200 sqm space.
