Immofinanz is bringing its myhive office brand to Romania. Several of the company’s class A buildings in Bucharest will be refurbished into myhive properties, including S-Park, Iride, Metroffice and Victoria Park. Immofinanz has already invested €1.25m into the modernization of S-Park, with costs expected to increase to €1.8m.
“Besides the improved lobby and lounge areas, there will also be showers and lockers for our tenants, a retail area, bicycle parking and a dedicated space for electric cars charging,” said Sorin Visoianu, country manager of office and logistics for Romania and Bulgaria at Immofinanz.
