Immofinanz is building 26,000 sqm offices in Düsseldorf-Medienhafen for Trivago, an online hotel search portal. Costs are estimated at €145m.
Immofinanz’s German office portfolio is expected to hit 200,000 sqm by mid-2018, netting €40m in annual rental income. The company’s German assets will account for 17 percent of Immofinanz’s total investment portfolio, up from approximately 7.5 percent.
