Immofinanz has bought out Lordship’s 50 percent share of Na Příkopě 14, making it the sole owner of the strategically located building. The building offers a total of 17,000 sqm of office and retail space over 10 floors. While its tenants include law firms such as White & Case and DLA Piper, the building is probably best known for its Hamleys flagship toy store and the crowds of children that attracts. “Na Příkopě is one of our landmark assets in the Czech Republic. The full acquisition strengthens our portfolio and our position in the premium buildings segment in the centre of Prague”, said Tomáš Stařík, Immofinanz Country Manager Operations for the Czech Republic. The deal brings to an end the last of the joint venture deals between Lordship and Immofinanz.
