Immofinanz generated €11.8m in rental income on the Romanian market in the first quarter of its 2015/2016 fiscal year. The company’s operating profit for the period amounted to €14.2m.
Its Romanian portfolio, which accounts for 14.3 percent of the company’s total assets, includes 88 properties totaling €952.4m. The standing investment portfolio is made up of eight office buildings, four retail properties and three logistics properties.
