Immofinanz Group secured a number of lease extensions at Iride Business Park. Tenants who extended their leases at the Bucharest project include Japan Tobacco International (JTI), Prima Broadcasting Group, Mercury 360 Communications, LS Travel Retail Romania and Diadent Medical. Mondo di Pasta, meanwhile, signed on for an additional 1,100 sqm of space and Vinimondo took another 400 sqm. DutyFly Solutions, a French company specializing in sales management on airplanes, leased 740 sqm at the park.
Iride Business Park offers 93,000 sqm GLA in 20 buildings on 17 ha.
