Immofinanz Group plans to expand the IRIDE business park in Bucharest’s Pipera district with another three office buildings and a hotel. The Austrian-based Porr company will oversee construction. The three office buildings, ranging from four to seven floors, will offer 38,000 sqm of GLA. The first building is set for completion in 2016. The 11-story hotel will offer with 140 rooms.
