IMMOFINANZ is taking another important step in optimising its portfolio by selling an office property in Vienna. The âBureau am Belvedereâ building, with nearly 9,000 sqm of space, was sold to an Austrian investor.

The âBureau am Belvedereâ office building is located in the urban center, in Viennaâs fourth district, and has an excellent view of the Belvedere Palace and the palace gardens. The property is fully rented. The transaction was carried out in line with IMMOFINANZâs strategy.
