Immofinanz Group has leased a total of 5,400 sqm of office space at Iride Business Park, Victoria Park and S-Park over the last few months. Deichmann signed a deal for 960 sqm at Victoria Park, while Euronet Services signed on for 600 sqm. Iride Business Park, meanwhile, offers a total of 92,878 sqm of space. Immofinanz signed the building’s first tenant, Genpact, in 2005. The company now occupies 15,000 sqm in the building.
