Immofinanz Group announced plans to develop an office project in northern Bucharest as well as a residential complex in the capital’s Berceni neighborhood. The future office development will be located close to IrideBusinessPark.
Immofinanz’s regional portfolio is estimated at €700m and includes nine office buildings, six retail projects and three logistics parks.
Through Adama – the real estate developer Immofinanz acquired for €42m last year – the company is also investing €14m in two more apartment blocks in Bucharest.
