Immofinanz signed prelease contracts for a third of its logistics park Log.IQ Bucuresti. The new tenants are Dynamic Parcel Distribution, which leased approximately 4,800 sqm, while Alka Group signed a contract for almost 3,200 sqm and Mediapost Hit Mail has leased approximately 3,500 sqm.
Construction work for Log.IQ Bucharest, which is being developed by Immofinanz, started in July. The first phase of the park will comprise about 40,000 sqm of modern warehouse, while subsequent phases will see the construction of an additional 100,000 sqm. The project is located near Bucharest, in Mogosoaia.
