IMMOFINANZ has signed a 25-year lease for an area of approximately 11,000 sqm to Provita Group, one of the leading medical center operators in Romania. Provita will fully occupy the recently modernized IRIDE I eighteen building, part of the IRIDE park, and will open a multidisciplinary hospital here.
The arrangement works of the new hospital will start next month, and the hospital will be operational at the beginning of next year. The estimated value of the investment is EUR 12 million.
