Immofinanz reported €11.5m in rental income on the Romanian market between May and July, accounting for 15 percent of the group’s total rental income for the period. Its Romanian assets make up 15.7 percent of the company’s portfolio and include a total of 75 properties, valued at €106.6m.
Immofinanz’s operating results for the three months remained stable at €45.3m. The group’s rental income fell from €82.2m to €76.8m due to temporary rent reductions in Moscow and the planned sale of properties.
