The local portfolio of active properties of the Austrian company Immofinanz has a value of 618.3 million euros and consists of eight office buildings and five retail properties.
Rental income in Romania reached a value of 10.7 million euros in the first quarter of the financial year 2022, which represents approximately 15.7% of the total rental income of the group.
Last year, Immofinanz signed with the Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR) the transfer of ownership of the Bucharest Financial Plaza office building, for approximately 36 million euros. In December 2021, Immofinanz sold the former Armonia Arad shopping center to the Swedish investment fund Oresa.
